When Carl Uebergang moved to Sale in the Depression years to purchase a hardware store, little did he know that he would be taking over a funeral services business that had been running since 1861 as well.
What would have come as an even bigger surprise, is that it would be the funeral services part of this business, that would go on to become the family business, continuing on for three generations and into the next century.
